Thanks to the efforts of Songdog and the excellent people at Insider Hosting, my humble blog is once more operational. I thank you all for your concerned e-mails; you may now resume your normal commentary. As for me, I have a deadline tomorrow, so I have to do some work before I post anything more substantial, but hopefully there will be no further unexplained silences.
Welcome back! You’ve been missed.
Hurrah!
Hooray!
“tamen usque recurret!”
Glad to have you back.
You don’t miss your water ’til your well runs dry. What they said, up there.
I had a dream languagehat was back (that’s how much I love reading this site). But in my dream the thanks of the Internet was overwhelming and there were 471 or more posts.
Anyway, excellent.
We missed ya.
My apologies to all for not figuring the problem out sooner! It’s been a crazy time. Welcome back!
At last!
I’m sure some of us were afraid that LH might discover the joys of a more leisured life, and take the opportunity to free himself of the effort he so selflessly devotes to enhancing our daily web.
Thanks as always for doing that; and welcome back.
Wonderful! Welcome back.
Great to see you online again!
Hooray! I think Chris and I were going into withdrawal.
Hoera, hurra, hooray!
w00t!
W000t indeed!
Glad you’re back! Are you going to switch to wordpress? 🙂
Heh. We’re going to modernize it somehow, never you fear! Details remain to be worked out, however…
A Homeric woo-hoo! (Nothing less will do.)
Seconded!
Hi.
Ah… the internets’ IQ just went back up notch.
There’s been a horrid gap in my aggregator – welcome back!
Terveh tulgua tagazin!
Joining the choir.

Terveh tulgua tagazin!
Cool, Karelian! The first phrase is ‘welcome’ (Finnish tervetullut); what’s “tagazin”? Oh, must be Finnish takaisin ‘back.’ Cool!
Tagazin is indeed ‘back’! The Finnish however would be tervetuloa takaisin. Sometimes to figure the Finnish things out from Karelian, all it takes is a good reading aloud.
Welcome back!
I had to frighten a prescriptivist a few days ago and, naturally, I remembered you.
Happy to have this beacon of attentiveness back in action.
Tere tulemast tagasi! 😉
